This exceptional newly built property is the result of almost half a decade of collaboration between the island's most renowned owners/developers and architects. It is one of the most unique properties in our region where no detail has been left out, resulting in a truly world class product that can probably be counted on one hand.

At the base of all the unique elements that can be found in the property is the building license, which was in fact the last license granted in Son Vida under the old building regulations that did not include a limit on the number of floors that could be built legally. This particularity is at the heart of the design concept of the property which was exploited and used during the two-year design process to optimize the distribution of usable space and, more importantly, the separation and privacy of the respective living areas. living place. Discretion, especially when driving through the property, was another key criterion for the owners/developers and this is evidenced by the intentional illusion projected by the north façade of the property which is visible from the street. From here, very little is seen apart from the clean angles and unique Neolith façade that blends perfectly with the nature and trees surrounding the property. Even the main entrance door is intentionally completely camouflaged within the façade.
